Malaysia's current issues examination

1. 1.       Why students with straight A1 in their SPM are unable to obtain the PSD scholarship?

A)     The PSD officers overlook their applications.

B)      The officers are of the opinion that the best and brightest must stay in the country to avoid brain drain.

C)      The officers are happy when the students fail to further their studies overseas.

D)     Too many local universities are fighting for the best scholars, preventing them to go overseas.

 

2.       Why USM had made such a severe mistake upon the intake of the prospective undergraduate students?

A)     The officers of admission of USM were yawning when they considered the applications due to the stress and weariness as being selected as the country’s top university (APEX).

B)      USM plans to give a surprise for some students since it is the top university.

C)      USM wants to become popular quickly as the media can help the university to spread its name by doing that mistake.

D)     USM’s computer system has been attacked by the “Millennium” virus.

 

3.       Why the Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin Stadium’s roof came crashing down yesterday morning?

A)     Yesterday’s wind was too strong, just as the typhoon in Taiwan.

B)      The contractor purposely made the roof to collapse after only a year so as to celebrate the stadium’s one-year-old birthday.

C)      There were termites in the building.

D)     The contractor plans to earn more money from the repair of the stadium.

 

4.       Why former Perak state assembly speaker Sivakumar was forced to be carried out of the assembly hall with the help of four security officers, together with his chair?

A)     Sivakumar is too heavy, almost near to 300kg.

B)      Sivakumar’s was glued to the chair by “Elephant Super Glue”, probably an action of a mischievous child.

C)      Sivakumar was afraid until he was unable to move and stand up due to the situation of the assembly hall.

D)     Sivakumar was enjoying the “drama” between the both sides and he was reluctant to miss the show.

 

5.       Why taxi and bus fares up soon?

A)     The cost living in our country is rising.

B)      The extra fares are used to repair and improve the vehicles.

C)      The value of ringgit is getting smaller.

D)     The taxi drivers and bus companies want to make a better earning.

 

6.       Why there are so many by-elections after the 8 March general election?

A)     The people like to cast their votes.

B)      Some of the assemblymen passed away.

C)      The opposition plans to topple the federal government.

D)     Malaysia wants to show to the world that they are very democracy by having more elections.

 

7.       Why the decision of the High Court upon the legitimacy of Perak Menteri Besar could be toppled by the Appeal Court within a day?

A)     PR’s Nizar is too ugly to become a chief minister. BN’s Zambry is more handsome.

B)      The High Court just wants to give a chance for Nizar to take back all his belongings which were still left in his office.

C)      Appeal Court was too free as there was only one case for them to deal with. Therefore, they can make a decision in such a short time.

D)     The Appeal Court is of the opinion that the people of Perak are happier when BN’s is their government.

 

8.       Why the three state assemblymen in Perak can hop to another party, culminates in the downfall of the PR’s government?

A)     Their hobbies are to play “ting-ting”.

B)      They are so excited and curious to see frogs hopping around and they want to copy the frogs.

C)      They are offered high posts and attractive allowances after hopping over to the other party.

D)     They want to leave their names in the Book of History of Malaysia in the future.

 

9.       Why we should say “Malaysia Boleh”?

A)     We must be patriotic even if our country is moving on the wrong track.

B)      Malaysia can make the largest “Jalur Gemilang”.

C)      Malaysia has a team of professional motorcyclists called Mat Rempit.

D)     Malaysia has Yang Dipertuan Agong.

 

10.   Why are there such an astronomical number of debts in PKFZ (Port Klang Free Zone)?

A)     The port department has no money as the zone is “free” for all investors, as its name suggests that.

B)      Some officers plan to keep the earning of PKFZ so as to help the poor and the need.

C)      Maybe there is corruption occurs.

D)     The port department has counted wrongly. The number is not debts, but their earnings.
